This is a highly useful report for managers because it displays everything that a selected staff/users have documented or entered in the system during a period. The report offers a detailed look at a user's current caseload. A staff member is considered assigned to an enrollment based on the Assigned Staff selection in the program enrollment. The default value for the Assigned Staff is the user that created the enrollment record. The report will display all clients with active enrollments who are assigned to the selected staff. The webpage report output format was built with drilldown functionality so you can click into different sections to see more details across three drilldown tables.

We’re excited to announce that with this update, one or more inventory units can be edited directly from the Inventory Dashboard, and additional settings have been added to the field level and access rights level to support this functionality. This feature is available in both the default view and map view.
Users can select one unit, multiple units, or select “All.” Once one or more units are selected, a pop-up appears with the number of units selected, an option to clear the selection, and a “Modify Selected Units” button.
When you click on the “Modify Selected Units” button, a window opens to show all Unit Screen fields. The Update Selected Unit(s) window shows blank fields when multiple units are selected.
