Report Spotlight

Revamped [STFF-103] Staff Active Caseload Report

This is a highly useful report for managers because it displays everything that a selected staff/users have documented or entered in the system during a period. The report offers a detailed look at a user's current caseload. A staff member is considered assigned to an enrollment based on the Assigned Staff selection in the program enrollment. The default value for the Assigned Staff is the user that created the enrollment record. The report will display all clients with active enrollments who are assigned to the selected staff. The webpage report output format was built with drilldown functionality so you can click into different sections to see more details across three drilldown tables.

  • The Assessment Table includes assessment name, date and score
  • The Services Table includes the service category, service name & service item, delivery type, start and end dates, total service days and expenses (if applicable).
  • The Case Notes Table displays the case note title, category, date, time tracking (when applicable) and the full case note

The report contains

  • Assigned Staff, Program Name
  • Clients Name, Unique ID, DOB, Relationship to HH member
  • Start Date, Length of Stay (LOS)
  • Total Number of assessments, services, and case notes provided

August Features: New Inventory Dashboard Updates

Editing Units and Bulk Editing in Inventory

We’re excited to announce that with this update, one or more inventory units can be edited directly from the Inventory Dashboard, and additional settings have been added to the field level and access rights level to support this functionality. This feature is available in both the default view and map view.

Users can select one unit, multiple units, or select “All.” Once one or more units are selected, a pop-up appears with the number of units selected, an option to clear the selection,  and a “Modify Selected Units” button.

When you click on the “Modify Selected Units” button, a window opens to show all Unit Screen fields. The  Update Selected Unit(s) window shows blank fields when multiple units are selected.

To edit/bulk edit:

  • You must click the checkbox next to each field they want to modify for the unit(s)
  • There is a select all option and an option to clear the selection
  • If a field is not selected, it will keep its original value
  • You select the option for each field you want to modify for the unit(s)
  • You can click Cancel or the “X” icon in the top right corner to leave the Modify Unit(s) screen
  • You will click Save when you have made your selections to update the unit(s).
